For this lesson we are going to focus upon how many different ways we can use one basic 4 note grouping, and build it into a collection of rhythm or Fill ideas. The Pattern were going to focus on is RLRf (Right hand, Left Hand, Right Hand, Foot) played as 16th notes in a bar of common time. If you move adventurous you can try applying this grouping to a stream of 8th note triplets to obtain a 4 against 3 poly-rhythm .
